On Saturday, July 17, please come out to Paddles NYC. The TES Spanking Group has invited me to read from my book, and I’ve asked two other female writers in our community to join me.

This’ll be a night of hot spanking fiction, as well as a discussion about writing and why we like to read erotic fiction.Those of us who have books will be signing and selling them as well.

My panelists are the erotic writers DL King and Courtney, both of whom are real players in the NY scene.

I think this will be a very different type of evening at Paddles and I’m hoping to get a nice crowd. The meeting starts at 8 p.m. and will be followed with an evening of play, which I’m planning to hang around for.

I can’t wait for Saturday night’s OTK night at Paddles. I really hope there one or two subs who like a hard spanking, because I’m in the mood for it. I think I’m ready for a good role play, a good pissed-off teacher or mom scenario. I’ll have my complete toy bag ready for action, so look out.

Write me and tell me why you need this kind of play, or creatively convince me to try another scenario. I’ll give the author of the best note a free mini-session at Paddles (half-hour). It can be claimed at any time, not only this Saturday. I hope to get some nice comments to publish here.

Don’t forget to stop by the Moonstruck Diner, 23rd Street and 9th Avenue, at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. We eat and socialize until about 6:50, then head over to Paddles where the playing begins.

I’m back from my week-long business trip and ready to play! Let me know. I’m off work on Tuesday and Wednesday, so this is one of those rare opportunities for those of you who can’t play in the evenings. Just let me know as soon as you can.

Re: Boston. A while back, a few people had asked me when I was going to be up there, and at the time I couldn’t say when. Even though it’s not far, it’s not a hop, skip and a jump either, and it’s expensive to stay. But I’ve now made plans to travel there the weekend of July 23-25 to visit a friend. I will have time available for a consultation or two on late Sunday afternoon to early evening. Let’s talk, those of you who need spankings in Boston.

In the meantime, Paddles OTK night approaches. Munch starts at 5:30 this Saturday (July 10) at the Moonstruck Diner — come out and join us. The more men who attend the munch, the bigger the discount they get into Paddles. But please, ladies, don’t hesitate to come out as well. You always get a discount for attending the munch. Almost forgot that last night a sub asked me if he could switch sides, to even out his spanking. I was all for it, but warned him, “I AM right-handed and I can’t guarantee how well this will work.”

It ended up working quite nicely, after I’d gotten used to the angles and got a rhythm going. I still used my right hand from time to time, too. I think that I might start incorporating this every now and then in a scene, just for variety (and to alleviate future right-hand repetitive motion injuries). Probably won’t work too well with harder scenes, as I really need to be accurate. But for OTK, it should be fine.

(Yes, I COULD practice and get better accuracy with my left hand. I could. Yeah, I could do a lot of things!)

I woke up with shoulder pain — on my right shoulder only. Hm. I might have to stop doing so many long OTK spankings and start wielding the cane a little more often. Well, I’ll take an ibuprofen now, do a workout later and it should be fine. I am getting old, but I’m nowhere near out of action.

Last night at PaddlesNYC was fun. We had a good crowd of tops and bottoms, a new schoolgirl made an appearance (very cute; I held back at asking her if she needed a spanking — she may have been with someone).

I spanked three naughty boys and one naughty “girl.” (My friend B. who likes to dress in frilly little girl’s clothes or French maid’s outfit). Again, each had different styles, tolerance levels and likes and dislikes as far as toys. You certainly can’t do the same thing with everyone and expect them all to walk away satisfied. (However, with some who say they don’t want a certain implement, or say they can’t take it on the bare bottom, you might have to push a little if you KNOW they can take a little more; especially if they’ve expressed to you earlier that they NEED it hard.) Part of the game is listening and watching, while maintaining control.

My Twitter and real-life pal Adele Haze was tweeting about caning her sub(?) this week. I don’t always react this way, but just the way she was describing his reactions was getting me really hot.

I think it’s my turn tonight to stop reading about other people’s fun and start making some of my own. Oh, yes, I DID play last weekend in Florida. Um, like that was a WEEK ago? Hello?

I have some victims lined up for OTK night. One of them will go literally OTK because I don’t think he can handle more. The other two, I think, will be getting the cane. Both of them are insatiable sluts so I’m not planning on going easy on them.

This ought to be fun. Dinner at 5:30; showtime at 7!
